  • Fun Facts About Lily
    • Lily Bee can swap out her regular wings for butterfly wings with enough honey money at the Bee Store.
    • As a Bumblebee, Lily will fly an average of 500 miles in her life. Using the MBTA, Lily will fly so many more!
    • Bumblebee Explorers are mature enough to fly on their own at just 21 days or three weeks old!
    • Lily is an excellent pollinator because of the combination of how fast she beats her wings (200 times per second) and her larger mass, which causes the pollen to vibrate off of the flower and onto Lily’s hairy body.
